FastTempMail paid plans are digital subscription services delivered immediately. All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for subscription fees — including for partial billing periods, unused time, plan downgrades, or after an automatic renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or the Creem customer portal. Cancellation stops all future billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew — you will not be charged again once you have canceled.
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for our paid plans and handles payment processing and applicable taxes. Billing questions can be directed to us or managed through the Creem customer portal.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable, non-waivable consumer-protection law. Where such law requires a refund or cancellation right that cannot be excluded, we will honor it.
